We hired Lasha to join our tiny team remotely for a few weeks as the main UI person.

Fortunately, it turned out that Lasha is the best contractor in the world! He is very fast, writes very well-organized code, reads other people's code and works with it as needed, solves difficult UI challenges, and has a great eye for UI and UX.

Lasha communicated very well throughout our work - he told us exactly what he would be able to do and how long it would take, consulted when it was necessary, and independently made suggestions and experiments when it was called for.

All in excellent English too.

Schedule wise - Lasha made his schedule very clear for us, no surprises there. When schedules were pressing for us, he even went to great lengths to make more time for us.

Finally, Lasha is also a fun person to work with! Bottom line - I would definitely hire Lasha again. In fact, if you see him available, let me know so I will hire him before you do :-)
